Jessica helped us buy our home in 2020 and when it was time sell that home our first call was to Jessica and Eddie. Jessica was so patient with us as first time home buyers and worked diligently to help us find a home in our price range that would meet our needs. When it was time to sell, Eddie worked hard to get us the best possible return on our investment. We were under contract in 72 hours from the house hitting the market! Beyond their expertise in real estate, their commitment to giving back to the community is inspiring! Because we were moving out of the area they also helped connect us to an excellent group of agents in the area we were moving to!
My wife and I have worked with both Eddie and Jessica over the past couple of years - we bought a house with Jessica as our agent, then sold two houses with Eddie as our selling agent. We couldn't be happier - one of the houses that we sold was "complicated" to say the least...through multiple required renovations and over a year and a half of selling, Eddie stuck with us and was always available to help answer questions, give advice, or arrange for whatever was needed. Even more importantly to us, he was willing to do this for one of the most inexpensive houses in the market. He and Jessica both went above and beyond anything that I would have expected agents to do, and we're absolutely in their debt. Frankly, now that we've moved away from the area, I think that they're going to make any future agents look lazy by comparison. Good problem to have. If you're in the area, I can't recommend them highly enough - just call them.
Jenny was outstanding and we cannot say enough about her professionalism and ability to deliver well above expectation. Jenny was on top of the infinite number of details that surround a home sale and made it a seamless process for us. Jenny was highly communicative and literally was in touch on a daily update on our property. When we decided it was time to sell our multi-generational family compound, we knew exactly of whom we were to hire with our local Keller Williams company in Black Mountain North Carolina. Our family compound is a unique and special piece of heaven located right across the street from Lake tomahawk. Upon sitting down the first time with Eddie, realtor broker at Keller Williams, we discussed the uniqueness of the property and it's qualities that would enhance another family. Eddie's patients with selling this property never faltered and he was available as much as possible for showings and any questions. During the selling/ showing process, my wife became ill with heart issues and Eddie completely took over the whole project as we had several frequent hospital stays.
