Why I Love Living At 7 Carolina Heights

Our family has loved living at 7 Carolina Heights. While it is quiet and we are surrounded by trees and mountains, we are close to everything. We frequent Montreat; enjoying the walking trails, the playground, and the lake. Should we choose to walk to dinner, the sidewalk takes us right into Black Mountain.

Our home is cozy and warm, easy to clean, and has enough space for everyone. The kids enjoy movies and games in the playroom while the adults often visit and play games upstairs in the living room.

In the winter, we enjoy our wood stove and eat nearly every meal at our breakfast bar. In the summer, we enjoy spending time with the kids in the backyard and grilling on the back porch. The kitchen is the perfect size with plenty of counter space & storage and has plenty of room when both kids are in the kitchen with me baking cookies and making other sweet treats.

While Black mountain is quaint, it has everything we need. Hiking, biking, Town Hardware, great grocery stores, and several wonderful restaurants. We also enjoy all of the holiday/seasonal events that Montreat and Black Mountain host. Our favorites are Holly Jolly, the Christmas parade, and 4th of July in Montreat. Did I mention we are about 1/10 of a mile from the gates of Montreat!?
