As General Manager of Cottonwood Properties, Linda oversees the daily operations of workflow within both the sales and property management divisions, ensuring clients and team members alike receive the highest level of service and support. With years of experience working in the real estate industry, her local knowledge of Western North Carolina and a passion for people, Linda brings organization, leadership, and heart to everything she does.

Originally from outside Philadelphia, Linda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s in Business Engineering from Virginia Tech. She spent nearly 30 years in the Washington, D.C. area before following her heart to the mountains of Western North Carolina — a place she now proudly calls home.

Throughout her career, Linda has specialized in business management, with a particular focus on marketing, operations, and organizational growth. Her strategic mindset and people-first leadership style make her an integral part of Cottonwood Properties’ continued success, helping the company grow while maintaining its close-knit, community-focused spirit.

When she’s not managing day-to-day operations, Linda enjoys exploring the beauty of the mountains, staying active with yoga and power walking, and thrifting with friends. She also loves spending time with her three grown children — scattered along the East Coast — and visiting her beautiful granddaughter in Charleston, South Carolina. For Linda, life in the mountains offers the perfect blend of community, beauty, and balance.
