Meet Kakki – Residential Specialist

As an East Tennessee native now proud to call the Asheville area home, Kakki brings a warm, welcoming presence to her role as a Residential Specialist with Cottonwood Properties. With a background and bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, she has a deep appreciation for the stunning natural beauty of Western North Carolina—and a true passion for helping people find their perfect place within it.

Kakki’s path to real estate was inspired by her lifelong love of homes—the architecture, the stories they hold, and the design potential each one offers. Her years in the service industry as a bartender, event planner, and restaurant server honed her organization, communication, and people skills, creating a natural foundation for her real estate career.

Becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2025, Kakki now channels that same energy and attentiveness into every client interaction. She takes pride in creating a seamless, enjoyable experience from the very first hello to closing day and beyond.

As a mother of three, Kakki understands the importance of home, family, and thoughtful communication. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and commitment to exceptional service ensure every client feels supported and cared for every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Kakki enjoys hiking, reading, exploring botany, traveling, and spending time with her family. A lifelong horse lover, she grew up riding and still enjoys the opportunity to get back in the saddle whenever she can.
