Jessica Colley was born in Scottsdale, Arizona and moved to the island of Nevis at age 4 with her parents who worked in the luxury hotel industry. She spent 9 years in the Caribbean on the islands of Nevis, Barbados, and Puerto Rico. She spent her middle/high school years in Ocala, Florida and received her Bachelors Degree in Marketing and International Business from University Of North Florida which allowed her to study in Poitiers, France for a semester. All her time spent overseas gave Jessica the travel bug. Her first job out of college was as an assistant cruise director for Princess Cruises that took her all over Southeast Asia and Australia.
She is also passionate about wine and spent 3 years as a wine sales representative in Asheville, NC. With 5 years of real estate sales experience and helping over 120 families with their real estate goals, she is very excited to be part of Cottonwood Properties as a Buyer Specialist and Certified International Property Specialist. She Loves calling these mountains of Western NC home and enjoys the outdoors with her Labradors whenever she can!
