Meet Jessica Colley – Buyer Specialist & Certified International Property Specialist

Born in Scottsdale, Arizona, Jessica Colley’s global upbringing has given her a truly unique perspective on life and real estate. At age four, she moved with her parents to the Caribbean, where they worked in the luxury hotel industry. Over the next nine years, she lived on the islands of Nevis, Barbados, and Puerto Rico before settling in Ocala, Florida for middle and high school.

Jessica earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of North Florida, which also took her abroad to study in Poitiers, France. Her love of travel continued after graduation when she worked as an Assistant Cruise Director for Princess Cruises, exploring Southeast Asia and Australia.

After several years traveling the world, Jessica found her passion closer to home — in Western North Carolina. She spent three years as a wine sales representative in Asheville before turning her focus fully to real estate. With five years of experience and more than 120 families served, Jessica brings exceptional communication skills, global insight, and a warm, client-first approach to every transaction.

As a Buyer Specialist and Certified International Property Specialist with Cottonwood Properties, Jessica is passionate about helping clients find their perfect home in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. When she’s not assisting clients, she loves spending time outdoors with her Labradors and enjoying the mountain lifestyle she now proudly calls home.
