Meet Emma Atema – Property Manager
Emma Atema is the Long-Term Property Manager for Cottonwood Property Rentals. A lifelong resident of the Asheville area, Emma brings deep local knowledge and a genuine love for Western North Carolina to everything she does. She earned her Property Management degree and Real Estate License from AB-Tech in 2021, combining education and hands-on experience to provide exceptional service to both property owners and tenants.
When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Emma relaxing at the lake or spending time with her husband and son.
She loves being a part of the Cottonwood Properties team and always looks forward to helping clients feel right at home.
