Meet Eddie Colley – Broker in Charge & Real Estate Professional

Eddie Colley began his real estate career in 2007, developing a deep and well-rounded knowledge of the industry. Over the years, he has gained experience in nearly every aspect of real estate — from serving as General Manager and On-Site Sales Associate for a luxury development, to holding leadership positions such as member of the Associate Leadership Council (ALC), and Co-Chair of both the Finance and Technology-Culture Committees, as well as the Career Development Committee.

As a top-producing agent and the Broker in Charge of his office, Eddie leads with integrity, expertise, and a true commitment to client success. His unique background in real estate development, sales, and property management allows him to expertly guide clients through every stage of buying, selling, or investing.

Thanks to his strong work ethic and dedication to service, Eddie has built a high-performing Mega Agent Team that consistently ranks in the top 10% of the company. Beyond real estate, he is passionate about giving back to his community and volunteers regularly with organizations such as Bounty & Soul, the Veterans Restoration Center, and the Home for Children — helping families and changing lives for the better.

Originally from Hollywood, Florida, Eddie moved to the mountains of Western North Carolina in 1985. Deeply rooted in the community, he attended school in Black Mountain from K–12, earned his degree from AB-Tech, and continued his education at Gaston County Fire School and the Cumbie & Trull School of Real Estate. Before his real estate career, Eddie proudly served as a full-time Firefighter/EMT for five years and continued volunteering for another eleven.

Today, Eddie is based in Black Mountain, North Carolina, and proudly represents Cottonwood Properties, powered by Keller Williams Professionals Realty.
